Manama: Bahrain Kozhikode District Pravasi forum conducted a blood campaign drive at Central Blood Bank, Salmaniya Medical Complex – over 100 people donated the blood . President Mr Sudheer Thirunilath chaired and coordinated the drive with assistance of Secretary V K Jayesh – under strictCovid19 protocol. Dr. P. V. Cheriyan, Medical team member of HRH Crown Prince Prime Minister & Chief Resident, Salmaniya Medical Complex inaugurated the event and stressed the importance of registering and taking COVID vaccination at the earliest by the community to make Bahrain a Covid free nation soon . Dr. Sakhna al Ganami, SMC Blood Bank, ICRF Chairman Mr Aruldas , Vice Chairman Dr Babu Ramachandran, Indian Club President Mr Stanly Joseph, Social Worker Mr Francis Kaitharath, Pravasi Commission member Mr Subair Kanoor – Others Mr Nasser Manjeri, Jyothish Panicker, Sasi Akkaral all spoke on the occasion. Mr K T Salim proposed the vote of Thanks . Appreciation Certificates were issued for all donors.
