Manama:The Indian Community Relief Fund (“ICRF”) has organized a farewell for its flagship program – Spectra Art Carnival’s Convenor Ms Rosaline Roy Charlie, who is preparing to relocate to her hometown in India by the second week of this month.Rosaline is an active member of ICRF for more than a decade and was closely involved with the annual art carnival Spectra since its beginning in 2009. She was one of the elected Executive Committee members of the Indian School Bahrain in 2008. She is an active Toastmaster and was the Charter President of Angels Toastmasters Club as well.In appreciation of her invaluable support to ICRF, a memento was presented to Ms Rosaline by H.E. the Ambassador of India to Bahrain Mr Piyush Srivastava in the presence of ICRF Chairman Mr Aruldas Thomas, Second Secretary at the Indian Embassy – Mr Ravi Shanker Shukla; ICRF General Secretary John Philip, Treasurer Mani Lakshmanamoorthy and Sanjay Bhan, Head of Faber Castell Bahrain and other ICRF members who joined online.
“We at ICRF will be losing a very dedicated member and a meticulous organiser who has been the Convenor for Spectra, Bahrain’s largest art carnival for the last 3 years” – said ICRF Chairman Mr Aruldas Thomas during the farewell meeting. We wish her and her family the very best for all their future endeavors.
